    Dean fixed my kitchen electrical issue.

    Dean didn't show up for the original appointment due to being stuck outside of cell phone service on another job (costing me 4 hours work). He called me the next day to reschedule though, fixed my electrical issue, gave me some great advice for my home, and didn't charge me for the job.
