  Starbucks you are losing customers because of a rude incompetent barista. Two days in a row my order was wrong! Not sure if same barista as I went through drive through the first time and never complained because I had not specified coffee with my smores frap. I went in today and specified and when handed the wrong drink was told they had no coffee so I got vanilla. I was standing right there she could have said something. When I said I'm not taking it she rudely directed me to the cashier who had not been told Starbucks was out of coffee! The cashier was excellent and processed my refund. When I got home the other drink I ordered was wrong too. I had specified half sweet and got none. You need a new barsta with a lesson in customer service!

  Washroom seemed a little messy but smelt of bleach which is my favourite!

  Service was a little slow and it seemed messy and unorganized. Took quite awhile for drinks even though it didn't seem overly busy (no line and drive thru not backed up)

  Worst service! Stood at counter for close to three minutes before the 3 staff members behind the counter chatted amongst themselves. The store was slow, there were 3 customers total, yet as a customer, I was made to wait for...? Clearly their ‘chat’ was more important than a paying customer.

  I love this Starbucks the staff are always so helpful and nice. Always recommending new treats and drinks. The drive through is so fast!
