This business has been here since the 60's and has been family owned since 1990. That's 27 years of service to Whitehorse (giggle* WITH THE SAME EQUIPMENT* ... not true, but if you ever saw what makes Willy Wonk's chocolate factory run, you might question why a family has dumped this much money into the infrastructure of the business (it's not how it looks it's how it runs).Long story short, thank you for your business and your comments. Business works on mutual respect and sadly in our modern era this seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. $75 later and a completely ruined jacket and discoloured wool sweater.

Wool sweater is not light beige anymore - perhaps they use dirty water as a dry cleaning solution would not do this to a sweater.

Slick, eh? Charging $35.00 for doing absolutely nothing!! Of course, there is not a lot I can do about it now, since 2 years have passed, but I tell you, I have learned my lesson to CHECK their work before I leave.

Now advance 2 years later, when I decide to switch back to my down duvet.....I pulled the duvet out of the plastic bag I received it in......and the blood stain is still there!?!

My synthetic fur hood is ruined and his business claimed that they told me that synthetic fur could get ruined prior to handing the jacket over - this is a lie - I would never have agreed to dropping off my jacket if they warned me it could get ruined.

Very nice & helpful staff! Only saw 1-2 washers out of order. Very clean! Great place to stop in & wash on the go.

No refund, explained that everything you drop off is at your own risk and wished me good luck. Awful customer service - ashamed it's a Whitehorse business.

You can say that "Well I want to pay this way" We don't offer every service.

I am basing this review on services I paid, for the dry cleaning of a down duvet 2 years ago, in 2014.

I had brought it in to have it cleaned, and to have a blood stain (about the size of a nickel) removed. The fee was $35.00. It was summer at the time, so after I picked up the 'cleaned' duvet, I put the duvet in storage.

Caveat emptor! (Let the buyer beware!)

I gave myself 4. There is always room for improvement. However, for the matters listed below. 1) The dryclean machine was replaced recently. You have one of the best drycleaning machines in Canada (Direct import from Italy). There is a company called Lavenett in Quebec. Call Steve and ask about the maintenance + consumables purchased for this machine. 2) The woman with the blue Abercrombie and Fitch jacket with the brownish synthetic fur on the trim that zips up the middle and is knee length. When you dropped it off it was clearly explained... oh; wait, what? you never dropped it off? You mean your mom dropped it off and was told about the risks of dryceaning and said "yes go ahead." Then you came in to complain after the fact saying that your mom was never told anything? 3) Chastising about payment? Sigh the debate of lifetime. I'm not sure you've noticed but two of the owners here aren't technically savvy and we go through a ton of transactions. Our power outages; tech issues; fees; waste of paper, increase in costs, and overall slow speeds of tap purchases have made us choose to keep to the legal form of tender .Cash. We also accept cheque.

Called you ask how much the washing machines cost and she yelled at me and hung up on me. Very rude.
