  Terrible service. The lady at the counter is a b***h and does not have any loonies whatsoever. Who runs a laundromat and has no change. if you have American money you will not have luck here. I would give it zero stars if I could.

  There is a public laundromat in this hotel. I put in $5 for a washer, and it did not start. The people beside me had the exact same problem. Half the machines in there have out of order signs on them.

  rude staff and poor equipment. Dryer ate our coins and they wouldn't refund even though we could see the coins still in the coin slot. Staff was useless and had a very bad attitude, made us exchange our extra change so we "didn't waste all their loonies". Better off using the laudromat next door.

  I went to go tell the lady at the front desk, who then came in accusing us of stealing from her. She made such a big scene that others started leaving.

  This woman has zero tact and should not be working anywhere near the public. Abrasive, rude, and hostile. Stay away!

  This place sucks! The receptionist ignores you when you try to exchange coins...there were 4 of us waiting 10 minutes for her to come out and then she tells us she has no loonies. How do you run a laundromat and have no change for your machines. Also no exchange of American coins so if you are a traveler, skip this spot.
