    There was a lady who called me to ask about an order that happened a week ago. I was asking for details-trying to recall what happened and confirm what she wanted . When I was asking, she spill out a huge "SIGH" and made the long and loud "EHHhNGEHN" sound as if I'm too stupid to understand her. And she said "whatever, never mind" and she hung up on me...if this is how they communicate....I mean....
